Summary:
For all of her life, Chariet has lived a life of privilege and nobility, as the beloved daughter of the Duke and Duchess Teardrop. That is, until the real Chariet returns and usurps her identity. In an effort to restore her dignity and her life, Simponia (the “fake” Chariet) scopes out a new life of her own, traveling the harsh winter cold of the dreaded Monazart territory and becoming its Queen.
