Tatsuji was Mugi's grumpy and slightly intimidating neighbor. Her kitty cat, Nadia, keeps running away to go next door...! Tatsuji has to admit he doesn't mind having an excuse to see Mugi everyday and when she finds out he's an animal lover who works at a cat cafe, she knows he can't be all that bad.
