Summary:
Renge Yoto, a novelist who has lived since the Kamakura period, is a vampire with an aversion to blood. Due to his catastrophic lack of technological skills, he has been leading a super analog lifestyle. However, during a meeting one day, his editor suggests that he write his next manuscript within a cutting-edge VRMMO game. With both excitement and anxiety, he steps into this new world, only to be greeted by sunlight for the first time in hundreds of years and a variety of delicious foods that he could never enjoy in reality. He quickly becomes enthralled with the game… "Wait, what? My brainwaves aren’t human—so I’m being treated like an NPC? A cardiac arrest and an emergency call!? Whoa, whoa, hold on a second!"
